Common questions
Everything buyers usually ask before their first load. Still curious? Message us on WhatsApp.
What do "closeout" and "overstock" actually mean?
They're brand-name goods that need to move for reasons that have nothing to do with quality. Overstock is surplus a manufacturer or retailer over-ordered. Closeouts are discontinued lines, refreshed packaging, or seasonal product rotating out. Shelf-pulls were pulled to free up space but are still perfectly good. Because we're buying product that has to clear, the cost sits well under what a standard distributor charges for the same names.
How much cheaper is this than a regular distributor?
It depends on the load and the category, but closeout pricing consistently lands below normal wholesale because we buy at the source and in volume. Rather than quote a blanket percentage, we give you exact unit counts and per-unit cost on every load before you commit, so you can run your own margin math and there are no surprise fees stacked on at the end.
What about expiration dates and product condition?
Nothing ships blind. For anything consumable we send date codes, condition notes, and photos with the load up front. If something is short-dated we say so and price it to match, so it still pencils out for shelves that turn over quickly. You decide with the full picture in hand.
Is supply consistent, or only one-off deals?
Both, depending on how you buy. Some customers grab a single opportunistic pallet when the price is right. Others set up recurring loads in the categories they sell most. Tell us what moves in your stores and we'll flag matching inventory as it lands instead of leaving you to check back.
How does freight work, including for export?
We ship by the pallet, LTL, and full truckload across the country, and we load containers for exporters with the paperwork they need at the port. Freight is quoted per order against your volume and destination, so what you see is landed cost, not just the cost of the goods.
I run a smaller shop. Can I still buy?
Absolutely. There's no membership wall and no large opening order to clear. Plenty of buyers start with one pallet to test how it sells on their shelves, then scale up once the numbers prove out.
How do I place an order?
Everything runs through WhatsApp to keep it quick. Fill out the application or message us directly with your categories and target volume. We'll reply with what's currently available, the pricing, and photos, then confirm the order and arrange shipping.
